Since establishment, Pang Chang has been continuously taking on new challenges on cold forging technology. We have not only improved the precision of forgings, but have also enhanced production efficiency.
We are committed to increasing the proportion of automated production processes to get rid of the bad image of 3K jobs (i.e., dirty, dangerous, and demanding ones) and train technical talents for sustainable development.
Visions
We plan to realize a fully automated factory, and invest workforce in technology development to become a pioneer in cold forging technology. Instead of machining, forging is capable of reducing waste to transform the manufacture industry into a green industry for the sustainable development of Earth.
History
1985 Pang Chang Metals Co., Ltd. was founded.1986 We started to manufacture hardware parts and
bicycle components as well as parts.
1992 Our Factory II was expanded.
2003 We passed the ISO 9001 certification.
2005 An annealing furnace was added to Factory II.
2006 We started to manufacture auto parts.
2011 We passed TS16949 certification.
2014 Robotic arms were introduced to conduct 24-hour
full inspection.
